Purpose for the Position:  The Digital & E-Commerce Manager - Branded Division will assist the Corporate Director - Brand Performance with the management of Real Hospitality Group's growing digital footprint.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the corporate administrator of portfolio digital profiles by auditing online hotel profiles and ensuring the content is up to date and appropriate. Ensure system access levels are up to date, removing old users, as necessary.
  2. Maintain corporate relationships with major Online Travel Agencies (OTA's) - i.e. Expedia, Booking.com, Priceline/Agoda, Hotel Tonight and social review channels (TripAdvisor, Yelp, Revinate, etc.)
  3. Understand the paid promotional opportunities within each channel (such as enhanced profiles or sponsored placements) and execute strategy, as necessary.
  4. Audit and ensure GDS information and distribution for each system has a full selection of high-resolution images for all branded hotels.
  5. Oversee paid media efforts (i.e. pay-per-click, display, social advertising) for the branded hotel portfolio.
  6. Conduct monthly oversite calls with our Account Manager to review results and plan for future campaigns and activations.
  7. Hold our paid partners accountable to positive results that add to our GOP and RevPar strategy.
  8. Work with hotel General Managers, Revenue Managers, and Sales Leaders to identify opportunities and to lead the creative strategy around promotions.
  9. Conduct quarterly SEO strategy reviews and implement new strategies as necessary.
  10. Advise hotels on best practices and strategies for social media.
  11. Review monthly engagement data and offer advice on improved performance.
  12. Promote branded hotel conversion strategies that drive direct web business, cultivating new campaigns with property and revenue teams. Load information onto the content manager and ensure proper tracking.
  13. Understand the digital platforms for hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Red Lion, Hyatt, and Red Roof - offer insight on the tools, budget recommendations, and strategy.
  14. Be a resource to all hotels for their basic e-commerce and distribution questions and assist with keeping them up to date on trends and changes in the market.
  15. Participate in select hotel revenue calls to offer insight, strategy, and support for their initiatives.
  16. Ensure corporate team is up-to-date on recent industry trends, major changes in tools, and shifts in market behavior.

To do this kind of work, you must be able to:
