The organization is designed to respect owner relationships and balance the services necessary to create successful results for each hotel. Established systems are delivered by a team assigned in the field with responsibility for a select number of hotels that enables them to engage with each hotel, stay close to respective operations and deliver top market performance. RHG is staffed to keep the Regional team assigned to less than 10 hotels for optimized performance in clear contrast to other third party management companies whose assignments can often be up to 20 properties. Support to the corporate team is delivered by Revenue Management, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources and Risk Management departments. Additionally, the company capitalizes on vendor relationships that generate true operational savings designed to increase the NOI.

Revenue management systems are deployed to capitalize on shifting competitive share. We believe that Associate Satisfaction ties to Guest Service Scores which ties directly to Net Operating Income. Policies and procedures executed in each hotel standardize expectation. The top line focus coupled with management of operations provides the flow through to optimize GOP. Working with each owner, RHG delivers improvements in fixed costs to maximize the NOI and achieve the ownership objective for each asset.
