Purpose for the Position:  To create the best experience for guests by greeting and seating them and by processing their bills promptly and courteously.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Walk property before shift - greet guests eating in restaurant, at the bar, and outside.
  2. Prepares lists and assigns tables.
  3. Manages door - Assisting guests to their tables and controlling the crowd.

  9. Always in communication with Host/Hostess knowing how many tables are open, sat, or about to be open.
  10. At closing, reviews list with Host/Hostess - Ensures seven rooms is updated with all emails, phone numbers, and final spends.
