Purpose for the Position:  To create the best experience for guests by greeting and seating them and by processing their bills promptly and courteously.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Walk property before shift - greet guests eating in restaurant, at the bar, and outside.
  2. Prepares lists and assigns tables.

  7. Doorman periodically checks rooms to make sure overall look is acceptable and makes adjustments with guests online.
  8. Seats and reseats tables.
  9. Always in communication with Host/Hostess knowing how many tables are open, sat, or about to be open.
  10. At closing, reviews list with Host/Hostess - Ensures seven rooms is updated with all emails, phone numbers, and final spends.
